Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days, depending on your location within New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Shipping Destinations

Pro-Ma Systems (New Zealand) Ltd ships goods New Zealand wide, however, at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +64 9 526 5318 to enquire about a special order.

Second Delivery Charge

The delivery company contracted by Pro-Ma Systems will only attempt to deliver orders once. If there is no one to sign for the delivery, a card will be left, and then it is the customers responsibility to collect this order from the Star Track depot. Additional charges will be passed onto the customer should they request a “Second Delivery” attempt.To avoid additional charges, it is advisable for customers to arrange a delivery address where the order can be signed for.
