Returns & Refunds

All products marketed and sold by Pro-Ma Systems (New Zealand) Ltd to consumers are sold with a money back guarantee. If for any reason a consumer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, it should be returned to the Distributor from whom it was purchased, with a written statement as to the reason for the return.

The claim for refund should always be made within ten days from the original date of purchase. When a consumer’s request for refund has been approved, the full purchase price paid by the consumer will be refunded by the Distributor from whom the purchase was made
